We intially tried to sell our property through Ray White reservoir, and after having 2 unsuccessful marketing campaigns with not even coming close to a single offer we decided to enlist Robert Ozzimo and his team at Harcourts Epping. What a relief, complete contrast to our previous experience. Our place didn't sell at auction however Robert and his assistant Adrian Pizzo worked hard on buyers and we had it sold two days later. Their communication to us in explaining auction process, calling rather than emailing, and keeping us informed has been second to none. It was just a bonus we got to buy the house we really wanted through the same agent three days after we sold our current one. Thanks Robert & Harcourt's for making what was previously an awful experience a pleasant one.
