Valley was very helpful from the start letting us know what our options were and what was needed doing to the property to get the best price,as this was our first time selling. He ran a good marketing campaign and kept us informed about every inspection. He answered all our questions and explained to us in simple terms why we were taking certain measures to sell the property.
