Very Pleasant Experience
We bought our home through Rose last week and could not be more satisfied and happy. The whole process from gathering information about the property up till the online Auction and signing the contract went very smooth. She had a thorough knowledge of the property, right from the time when it was built, the renovations and every other aspect. Always reachable on the phone/email and ready to answer any question. Rose was truly professional, supportive and very experienced negotiator.
Our agent Rose from Harcourts, South Morang, we observe as being very professional. We question whether the time was right to sell our property, her immediate response given was now. Glad we taken up her advice on board our property was sold within a week after the board's sale sign. Rose had taken the extra effort to show us in advance how to prepare our house for sale before our opening of which we did take her advice. We notice she'll give lots of encouraging tips to assist in the sale. This aid proved invaluable. Her efforts combined with her experience of a skilled negotiator the results exceeded our expectations. She even praised us for the work we done what she had suggested us to do. Combined teamwork gets results too.
