Rose has a thorough knowledge of markets and trends and a hands-on understanding of purchasers’ needs in the area. She was able to give sound advice on presentation and marketing strategies. She has outstanding communication skills and kept us fully informed of developments, phoning us to discuss the outcome of each inspection. Rose showed great adaptability to changing conditions (lockdowns etc) and worked tirelessly to all hours to effect a great outcome. Nothing was too much trouble.

Rose is very different from a normal real estate agent and will change your perspective on dealing with real estate agents. She is not at all a transactional kind of real estate agent like how many are out there, I felt her like a person placed by god in my life's path to help me in my agony of finding a good house and the pain of going through the whole real estate buying process. In my first conversation with her itself she was about to connect with my needs and fears as a first time home buyer and helped me through the process with so much sensitivity to find a home. While dealing/interacting with other real estate agents in that area the feeling I had was suffocation, unhelpful and very transactional. Then came Rose as a relief, with her she worked to get a win win situation for all, and very transformational type of leadership and support. This woman redid the whole traditional view of being a real estate agent to evolve and create a new meaning and purpose to what and how a real estate agent should actually be working in the midst of all regulation behavioral needs of the industry and the challenges as a buyer.
