Steven was always extremely professional in his dealings with us. He never pushed us to accept offers and worked hard with potential buyers to ensure we received the best offer. Although there were times in the lengthy campaign when we did not hear much from him, he was always adjusting our advertisement, trying different photos and price ranges to entice buyers to come for an inspection. The apartment did not sell for what we were hoping for, nor did the auction campaign appear to work as well as expected. I think if we could have our time over, a different selling strategy may have worked better, however, it was difficult as our campaign started with renters in the apartment, who did not present the apartment as very clean, tidy and smelling good. I would use Steven again to sell a property, as I found him very knowledgeable, considerate and hard-working. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 was that the sale price was below expectations.

His advice was sound when determining what to do to improve sale outcome and saved me $1000's. Stephen or a member of his team would contact me roughly every 2nd day to update on marketing process. His interactions with his team were respectful and professional which increased my confidence that I had picked the right agent.
