Daniel Taylor has a natural conversational manner that makes him very easy to talk to. He was able to simplify the whole selling and auction process and made what had initially seemed a challenging and daunting task, one that was clear and concise. His communication skills are excellent, getting back to me regarding any query with 30 min. He provided immediate feedback at the conclusion of each open house which included number of people through, comments shared and positives and negatives. On auction day he was calm and reassuring and then genuinely celebrated our success at the end. Daniel is genuine, honest and hardworking and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone selling their home.

Daniel was highly recommended by quite a few friends, as was Harcourts in general. Now that he has sold my house I would fully agree with their recommendations. He was so helpful, patient, knowledgeable and efficient. He gave us great advice and we acted on it and received excellent results. Daniel was always punctual and although he must have been busy he always had time for any questions. He is very easy to talk to and made my family and I feel relaxed during the whole process which can be quite a stressful experience. He met with us just before the auction and clarified everything we needed to know and what to expect.
