I would like to extend my thanks and gratitude towards Robert Ozzimo for his professionalism and composure during a very difficult time for my family dealing with our deceased estate. After 4 generations of family being raised in the home it was a very sad and emotional time not only for the family but also for the neighbors with who we grew together and shared so many memories with, so selecting the right agent who understood and had gone through something similar was crucial to our decision making. Knowing that he was dealing with not just 1 but 4 vendors, all who had a difference of opinions was certainly not the easiest of situations for Robert to find himself, however he listened and understood everyone's needs showed genuine compassion and communicated clearly throughout the whole process. The open for inspections were a very easy process and Robert even helped out with moving furniture around! The day of the auction was when Robert showed his truth worth , his composure, compassion and professionalism especially when the family emotions were at their highest. The reserve was set and off we went to ring the bell! Robert was able to achieve a higher price than the reserve and also higher than what other local agents had appraised the property.
