I spoke to 4 Real Estate firms, Mario's sales pitch was the most comprehensive and professional. He asked all the right questions, my expectations, timing, sell price etc and then stepped me through the process from start to finish. He has a solid understanding of the current market backed up by strong sales results and a history of meeting and generally exceeding target selling price. He kept me fully informed of potential buyer type and offers / price range with regular phone, text and meetings. Best of all was his auction day professionalism which resulted in beating the reserve by 15%. I highly recommend both Mario and his agency.
