Excellent skills a honest and sincere agent
I cannot recommend Rose highly enough for her exceptional work in handling the sale of 13 Mulberry Parade. Despite the challenging condition of the property and the absence of initial interest from buyers, Rose fought tirelessly to secure a buyer for the seller. Her expertise, professionalism, and patience with the owner throughout the process—especially given the significant effort required to clean up and prepare the property for sale—were truly admirable. Rose is, without a doubt, the best real estate agent who gives it her all. Well done Rose for the outcome you achieved in getting this property more than what was expected.

Worst agent ever.
Recently, as part of of a settlement, to sell my house, I was put in contact with Rose (not my choice) and from the get go, she was highly unethical. She grossly inflated the sell price, then a short time later, asked me to drop my reserve by $120k!! From there it only got worse, as she continued to give me misinformation and act fraudulently. I never received any written reports on opens from her either. I really wish I'd read all the 1 star reviews on here, rather than trusting the foolish from my co vendor. Don't make the same mistake that I did. The house eventually sold for $90k less than what she undeniably stated she could get for it. Useless agent through and through. We were lied to and mislead on numerous accassions, only when we contacted the head office that I began to be treated with respect- not by the then silent Rose but her director. In fact, I very much appreciated the director of the agency agreeing with my grievances, and assuring me that Miss Mickoska will receive further training to correct her inappropriate behaviour.
Sale of family home.
Rose was very polite and friendly to work with. Rose was very knowledgeable in the property market. Even though I found the open home viewings made me very anxious rose gave me reassurance everything would be ok. A little more feedback after viewings would have been helpful, but overall a job well done Rose. Thank- you😊
