Amazing result

From the start, Mario showed impressive knowledge of the area, current market value, and strategies to support us getting the best result we could. All of his advice and suggestions in regards to marketing, staging our house, timelines were excellent and all proved to make a big difference. During the campaign we were extremely stressed and asked a million questions, wanting to make sure we made the right decisions. Mario answered all our questions patiently and with understanding. He explained all the data in detail and his predictions turned out to be very accurate. We were still very nervous come the day of the auction, as feedback from the opens was not in the range we were hoping for, however Mario was calm and confident. We ended up taking his advice on the reserve and thankfully we got an amazing result, well over reserve and even over what we had hoped to achieve.
