Experienced Professional With a Vast Knowledge of the Property Market

Steve and Diana where a blessing and great to deal with. They managed to outline the best steps to take in order to present the property for sales in the best way possible. They recommended the following steps -Renovating few things in the property (Painting, new carpet..etc) -Staging the property to highlight its best potential. -Finally Advertising and marketing campaign that went on for 3 weeks to attract any potential buys. The Agent's recommendation where all adopted and as a result we had a huge success. There were a lot of interest in the property and we had over 65 potential buyers.
