Ilia was amazing from start to end, I spoke to about 4 different agents and ilia was the best! He not only helped me sell my house but helped me find a new property to live in. Ilia is not just a professional but I would consider him a friend, he treated the whole experience like he was a mate of mine. He was even upset if we had a low number of people show up to an open house because he genuinely cared, and even though the market wasn’t where we hoped it to be he got the job done and I’m happy with the experience!!
