From my first dealing with the team at Rodgers and Wilson I felt respected, cared for, and valued. The team took the time to explain the process to apply for the rental and how they wanted to ensure the best fit for not only the new tenant but the landlord and the neighbours in the rental property. The process was smooth from applying, to viewing, and signing by the lease and collecting the keys. Having the ease to transition to such a beautiful property during the separation from my ex for my child and I has been very appreciated. The team have gone above and beyond to ensure that the property has been cleaned and maintained and that my move was smooth. Highly recommend! Thank you, Jacinda, Dale and team. Rogers & Wilson Real Estate are the best real estate we have ever rented with! They are extremely professional, have exceptional communication and always reply to inquiries/concerns promptly. Maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and with the use of excellent tradesmen. We have never felt like an inconvenience to our property manager when we have asked for something to be fixed which is something we have felt in the past with other real estates. We feel very lucky to have such an amazing property manager and to rent through Rodgers & Wilson!

I am a property investor, and have properties all over Australia & overseas. I have good relationships with all of my property managers, but none of them come close to the service levels provided by Rogers & Wilson. Rogers & Wilson have done everything they said they would. They have selected great tenants, conducted regular inspections, always communicated any issues, and have always looked after the tenants, myself & the property.
