Gone in Three Days!!

I have known Mary and Steve Walker for quite a while and they have both been very patient over my “dithering” will I won’t I sell my house over the last couple of years. I finally make the decision five weeks ago to test the market to see if I could achieve the price which would mean I could move on with my down sizing plans. Well the sign went up on my property Wednesday afternoon and by 10:00 o’clock Saturday morning I had an offer which meant I could go forward with my plans. I must congratulate Mary on achieving the sale so quickly and efficiently with out any “dithering “ and always being at the end of the phone to answer any queries I had and guiding me through the process.
