Very proffesional salesman with Clear and Proactive Communication from start to finish.

To be honest my past expieriences with realestate agents had been pretty average. A friend refered me to Rowade so I decided to give him a go and so glad I did. He worked hard in a quiet property market to hunt down a buyer and his hard work paid off. He managed to get me top dollar so I am well pleased. Extremely Effective Sales Person

Peter provided us with great advice when pricing the property for sale so as to attract the maximum number of purchasers. Home opens were conducted every weekend and also some midweek inspections were conducted too. Feedback was given immediately after home opens were completed and anything that required our attention to ensure the property was looking its best was conveyed to us. Once offers had been received, Peter utilised excellent negotiation tactics to ensure the best price was achieved.
