About Ken

Ken Ross is a proud business owner of ROSS REALTY along with his three brothers. Born and raised in Bedford/Noranda and educated in Morley/Bedford Ken has an extensive knowledge of the City of Bayswater. He also played many sports for the local teams and is a proud Life Member of the Noranda Football Club. Ken is also a proud sponsor of the Morley Windmills Soccer Club. For 15 years before moving into Real Estate Ken worked in the Security/Defence Force and Emergency Services industry. From working in these areas, he brings with him a great attention to detail, management/leadership qualities and a desire to help others. Ken has a passion for Real Estate that started many years ago with the purchase of his first home. Since then he has bought, sold, renovated, sub divided and developed multiple properties overseeing all aspects as Project Manager. As BDM for the business Ken has listed over 450 rental properties since 2017. About Ashlee

Ashlee joined the ROSS REALTY team in May 2019 and has taken on various roles including Inspections Officer, Assistant Property Manager and more recently taken on her first portfolio as a Property Manager. With a background in hospitality of 10 years together with her more recent real estate experience she brings to the table a vast array of key skills and a strong focus on customer service and the importance of building rapport with clients and understanding their needs. In her spare time, she enjoys photography, reading and cuddling at home on the couch with her two cats.

Melanie joined the ROSS REALTY team in 2018 and brought with her a wealth of experience across all aspects of real estate. Stepping back into Property Management in 2019 was an easy move for her and she has quickly proved why she one of the best, being recognised as the number two for Property Manager Excellence in WA in her first year back. Mel works tirelessly for her property owners and tenants to always get the best outcome, leaving everyone she meets singing her praises. She takes great pride in offering the finest client experience with attention to detail being of utmost importance. Janice has worked in the property sector for a number of years undertaking Customer service in Insurance Building Repairs and Maintenance in the New build industry. For the last 4 years, she has worked in the Real Estate Industry initially doing Administrative work in the sales area and then expanding her knowledge into the Property Management Sector whilst undertaking the REIWA Certification. Janice is looking forward to meeting and working alongside owners and tenants and will always do her utmost to ensure they receive outstanding service. Originally from South Africa, Janice and her family moved to Perth in the late 1990’s. She loves the outdoors and spends her free time walking her dogs, cycling, swimming and paddle boarding.

Professional, proactive, and polite

Working with Emily honestly took a huge weight off my shoulders. They made the whole process feel incredibly easy. What I appreciated most was that I never had to chase them for an update. They were always a step ahead—letting me know as soon as the house was listed, how the viewings went, and giving me a clear breakdown of the applications. It didn't feel like I was just another file on their desk; they actually took the time to explain the 'why' behind their recommendations. It’s rare to find someone in real estate who is both professional and genuinely easy to talk to. If you’re looking for an agent who actually picks up the phone and keeps their word, I can’t recommend them enough.
