Dealing with so many people when trying to deal with this company is a frustrating and time wasting exercise. We have been use to dealing with one person for finding the tenant, sorting out work orders or discussing finances, this experience of one separate person for each job is really frustrating. The communication could be better. We would not recommend this company if you are a landlord. We have had rentals for years and never felt like this before.

I appreciate the effort my agent being Donna Kubiak goes to for us. She always looks after us. The personal attention she gives us in theses days is VERY r rare ., I think Exceed is very lucky to have her as an employee.

Mostly positive as mentioned above. The only negative was the market knowledge; the recommended and estimated rental value was far lower than I had anticipated. I was intimated $800-850 but initially I was thinking the low $900's. I took the recommendation on board and compromised on $880. I feel that I have been vindicated by the number of inspection groups and 9 applications in the first weekend. My suggestion is that the leasing consultant takes the trouble to see and feel the property instead of just comparing houses with similar specification (eg 4X2). Unfortunately, the property manager was on leave, otherwise she (Donna) could have been part of the conversation.

Sophie and the team were excellent, taking the stress out of bringing the property up to their high rental standards. I was always updated on how the renovations were progressing, right through to securing a lease that met my hopeful expectations. For the past decade I have worked with this team, whom I now associate with the highest of professional standards. It was an easy decision who to go with when this property became available for rent.
