Just signed up with Ross' to manage my first investment property. So far so good. They are fairly quick to reply to emails, usually a response within the day. Multiple staff dealing with specific areas of the business

In my 3 years renting through Ross Realty I experienced quick and effortless attention to my needs from my property manager Ashlee Packard. Communication was always professional but with a warm personal touch that made us feel respected and cared for as tenants. I have been renting for many years and Ross Realty was by far the least stressful agency to deal with. Not only did they make our time at our rental easy and pleasant but they assisted in finding us a new rental when our lease expired. Would 10/10 recommend this agency to anyone looking to make a house their home. Thanks so much guys!

As an overseas based landlord, I need a trustworthy and reliable property manager to look after our most valued asset, our family home. Mel and the team from Ross Realty have been professional, diligent and importantly punctual in dealing with anything that arises and taking care of everything, making the process stress free. Importantly, which is often overlooked but important, is they also take care of our tenants, and ensure they have everything they need. If you are looking for one of Perth most professional property managers, look no further than Mel and the team and Ross Realty.
