Paul was always Genuine, informative, empathetic and never waivered or lost focus on the goal, that was in my case, the selling of my unit being his priory. He kept me in the loop, discussed with ease any problematic situations, always returned my calls promptly and he listens to his clients and acts accordingly. His staff were most friendly, helpful and also emailed me information of house open etc. Although the sale price ended up lower than I had hoped, it was still reasonable considering the COVID19 climate and I believe Paul did his upmost to get as close to my goal as possible.
