Paul recently sold our property, he was fantastic,he Gave us lots of tips to get our home ready to sell , he was really reliable always on time for home opens and always kept us well informed. Paul was honest, clear and personable throughout the process. The purchase was competitive with several other buyers placing offers on the first home open. We had done our homework on the value of the property before arriving, and Paul aided us in securing our dream home. After the purchase when we were allowed to be told what other buyers had offered, we realised Paul had guided us in a fair and reasonable manner in regards to the property value whilst competing for the house.
