Amazing agent

Overall rating I would give it 8/10 as he helped me alot before making a decision on buying a house. He helps you understand how the market of buying a house is and how it would help understand the benefits of buying that specific house thst you're looking for. Also he would be there anytime you needed him and make arrangements that are required.

Recommendation for Con Lonigro
We engaged Con for the sale of our house after it failed to sell by a previous agent. Con had excellent local knowledge and we were vey comfortable working with him. The house was sold much earlier to the auction date for a very good price, thanks to Con and his team. Con delivered what he promised and we would definitely recommend to anyone we know.

We decided to sell our home, we contacted several agents most of them wouldn't return our phone calls, we contacted Aras and from the first appointment with him we knew that he was the right person to sell our property. Aras always kept us updated of what was happening. I will recommend Aras and his team to whoever is interested of selling and buying. P.S. Buying my home.
Buying property involves more then I thought but Con was with me all the way, his professionalism and thorough knowledge was very helpful. I only had to ring and he was there for me. He kept me up to date with everything that was going on. I would highly recommend him when it comes to buying a home.
