His advice on some garden works and hiring display furniture (which we accepted) paid off handsomely. He was always available. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Con reminded me of the old fashion agents back in the day where things where still honest. Called, asked for an inspection, organised it on the day and time I needed, told me how much I would need to purchase, made the offer, offer accepted docs signed done.
