Although the purchase was an easy sale for Jayne in a 'sellers' market, I felt like I was part of a considered sale negotiation rather than a cash cow. The transaction was well managed and smooth and Jayne worked to ensure both the vendor and purchaser's expectations were met. I am very happy with the house and the process.

Selling your property is never an easy process, especially when you don’t live in the same state. Sera was so lovely to deal with. I can’t being to tell you how easy the process was with Sera. She talked me through everything and answered every little question I had with no judgment on how silly some may have been. If you’re looking for someone to help you with your property, Sera is your go to! Thanks so much again Sera!

Sera was very professional at open house when we first met. She answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns in the following days. She always responded to our requests promptly. After signing the contract, she guided us through to settlement. Whole process was stress free and easy with her help. The best agent I have ever seen and highly recommended to all our family and friends

Our experience with Paul and his team throughout the process of selling our property has been outstanding. From our first meeting until settlement Paul conducted himself in a professional manner. He kept us up to date through open lines of communication and made us feel at ease. His market knowledge of the area was also excellent and this resulted in us selling at a price we were extremely happy with. Thank you to Paul and his team, we can’t rate you highly enough.

Alex was an amazing real estate agent, his knowledge and understanding for the current market was exceptional. His presence, warmth and caring for both the seller and the buyers needs were without a doubt more then you could ever ask for. I couldn’t recommend a better realestate agent to sell my house. His communication and update status was always available 247 if you needed him, even to ask the smallest questions. If i was to sell another house I would not hesitate but to call Alex straight away!!
