From the moment I took interest in the house, til well after the purchase, Alex has been there to help with any and every aspect of the sale, including suggestions for a mortgage broker (who has also been fantastic). As a young first home buy, Alex made the whole process as easy and stress free as possible. If you walk into a house for sale, and see this man, you know you'll be in safe hands. Thanks for everything, Alex!

Alex is one of the best agents I've ever dealt with. He was easy to talk to, always kept me up to date and informed of what was happening with every step of the process. As a first time home buyer he helped me through alot of things, explaining them easily so I knew what to do or expect. Thanks Alex!

Right from the first meeting Alex showed his professionalism, dedication and enthusiasm with being an agent for our property. Before going on the market Alex provided excellent advice in preparing our property and advised on different marking strategies which we were greatful for. During the marketing period Alex was in constant communication keeping us informed of all activity and keeping us involved as we had asked. Even after the contract cooling off period Alex was still checking in with us making sure any questions we had were answered. We were very happy with the results Alex achieved and would engage him on future property sales and would highly recommend him.

Recently sold a house in the northern suburbs of Adelaide. The first and only decision we had to make was to trust Paul to deal with it and he exceeded all expectations. Easy to deal with and gives you confidence. So glad we trusted his judgement.

We were looking for a new agent as we had no success with our previous agent and we met Alex at one of his opens. Alex presented very professionally and he was very welcoming and very knowledgeable about the house and we were very impressed by his positive attitude. We subsequently entered into a contract with Alex to sell our home. Alex's communication skills cannot be faulted and throughout the process he kept us constantly informed of how things were progressing on virtually a daily basis. At each open Alex was always early. immaculately dressed and totally organised before the arrival of any prospective buyers. After each open Alex contacted us and gave us a detailed summary of the open. When our house did sell Alex negotiated a sale price at the highest end of our price range, an increase of $50,000 above the purchasers original offer, you can't ask for more. We were more than satisfied with Alex throughout the whole sale process and his professionalism, integrity, enthusiasm and negotiating are of the highest order. We will be recommending Alex to any of our family and friends who are looking to sell their home. It was a pleasure having Alex sell our home.

Paul is the most honest helpful agent we have dealt with in many years of buying and selling houses. He gave honest achievable guidance regarding price and marketing. The biggest plus was the communication we were kept up to date every step of the process.

In choosing an agent to sell my property it was very clear that Matt was the only choice. He has a great record and standing within the area and i knew through various avenues that he has a high success rate and also a professional yet approachable manner. As an agent he gained great respect within the industry and the community. I was not let down in any way with Matt, keeping in constant communication and delivering on everything he had stated. The sale, the process and the great team he has at Harcourt Sergeant are all the reasons I rate him and his team so highly.
