The absolute best experience!

We could not be happier with our decision to work with Ben and the Harcourts team when selling our first home. Ben came in with so much enthusiasm and knowledge of the changing market and potential buyers, it wasn’t about just letting realestate.com do the hard work. Uses high pressure tactics to push price down to achieve sale

Daniel valued property $580k to $620k and said it should sell close to $600k. After less than two months pressured to sell at $550k. Sold week later at $560k and was told that’s the best you’ll ever get and bullied into sale. Told it was a cash sale and would exchange within week subject to building and pest report. This was not the case as purchaser did not have finances in place. He then lied and denied what he said but have message to confirm what I say.

Lets work together again soon Aimee!

As a buyer's agent I work with many sales agents. I found Aime to be professional, efficient, courteous and helpful throughout the process. Managing the emotions that a property sale brings up for her vendor, the tenant and my buyer isn't always easy but I felt Aimee and I were able to work well together despite this being my first transaction with her. It was a pleasure working on this deal and I would happily recommend her as she firmly represented her client's interests without ever dropping the ball. Thanks Aimee!

When we first met Aimee we found her to be very approachable and she completely put us at ease in regards to the stressful event we all know as selling your home. When talking to Aimee she always looked you in the eye which to us was a sign of confidence and capability in what Aimee was setting out to achieve in getting the outcome we wanted.
