Daniel valued property $580k to $620k and said it should sell close to $600k. After less than two months pressured to sell at $550k. Sold week later at $560k and was told that’s the best you’ll ever get and bullied into sale. Told it was a cash sale and would exchange within week subject to building and pest report. This was not the case as purchaser did not have finances in place. He then lied and denied what he said but have message to confirm what I say.

Aimee is not only my agent but she's my LIFESAVER!!! Aimee sold my duplex at a RECORD price and in the first viewing! No stress was involved and I was amazingly surprised and happy with the outcome. The house I sold was in Albion park and I am currently living in Sydney and also pregnant so it was very hard for me but Aimee came to the rescue!! Right from the start Aimee's communication was fantastic. We had our first inspection in such a timely manner. We had a few minor issues around the house that we would like to see fixed and Aimee followed up with the vendors to see about having those fixed if we were to make an offer. We did make an offer along with others and we were happy to have the winning offer. Again, I believe it was Aimee's great communication skills that made this process run so smoothly as it can be quite stressful. Aimee was always here for us to answer any questions that we had. After the building inspection, we had a couple more concerns with the house. We contacted Aimee with our thoughts on how we could get around it and she negotiated with the vendors and got straight back to us. We really appreciated how she was so approachable and her honesty throughout this process. Before settlement we completed the final walk through. Aimee genuinely seemed as excited as we were over this purchase. She did not make us feel like we had to rush while showing us that all of the issues named in the contract had been completed/fixed. And of course was able to answer more questions that we had. That afternoon we met Aimee at her office to get the keys. Along with the keys, she presented us with a lovely house warming gift too! Aimee was a pleasure to deal with and we will recommend her to family, friends and colleagues. Thank you Aimee!

Ron has been very professional since the beginning . He kept me informed almost on a day to day basis. I found him to be the type of person that tells it how it is when you ask him a question pertinent to sales. Which is the way I like doing business.
