Monica has an excellent knowledge of the local housing market and was able to help my wife and I navigate what can be a very daunting process when it comes to putting your home up for sale. I was most impressed by the fact that she kept us up to date regularly at each stage of the decision making process and had an honest and easy going communication style. This was very reasurring as we live interstate and were unable to be there in person to see the process through.
