Thankful To Have Such An Experience Agent
We would recommend Monica Furniss to anyone who is thinking about selling. She made the experience so less stressful by keeping us informed and reassuring us throughout the whole process. Monica always made herself available to us and buyers to answer questions, she went out of her way to have extra open inspections for the buyers. Our house sold with a very quick settlement and we couldn't be happier with the result.

Professional, friendly and a good communicator
Monica has an excellent knowledge of the local housing market and was able to help my wife and I navigate what can be a very daunting process when it comes to putting your home up for sale. I was most impressed by the fact that she kept us up to date regularly at each stage of the decision making process and had an honest and easy going communication style. This was very reasurring as we live interstate and were unable to be there in person to see the process through. I would highly recommend Monica to anyone considering selling their property in Adelaide.

Thoroughly professional. Understood my situation and did everything she could to help support the sale, especially considering I lived 5hrs away. Smooth Sailing with Sarah
Sarah was warm and personable from the get go! I loved how easy Sarah was to chat to right from the appraisal. Sarah is experienced and was able to consider our wants/needs while also giving us a bit of a push in the right direction. We were able to get the sale price we wanted at Auction and the whole process was smooth and straight forward. The rest of the team at Harcourts Sheppard were also all great to deal with including Darcy and Mark.
