We had a brief meeting with Sarah to start the ball rolling,we mapped out a 3 week sale campaign with an upper and lower expected sale price for our unit.At the end of that 3 weeks Sarah had secured a premium to that upper price.We followed her advice at all times,the minimum amount of open inspection were held ,and she kept us in the loop at all times.Even if that meant an after hours text message,that suited us just fine.Sarahs PA is a very attentive and informed young man who couldn't do enough to help you. We made it quite clear to Sarah from the start we didn't want to spend a fortune on doing the place up,but she was firm on a couple of things that should be done,her experience proved correct.We bought the unit 15 years ago through Sarah and were not disappointed with her when it came to selling it,a very smooth operation from start to finish.We highly recommend Sarah Sheppard whether your buying or selling in the Torrensville area,thank you Sarah and your team. Sarah was very open and honest throughout the whole process, which made everything easier. She was always available to answer any questions we had and made sure we were 100% comfortable every step of the way. We were particularly impressed at the start of the process when we had a short list of prospective agents we were talking to.
