When we first contacted Damien about the house we had a reply and an early appointment to view the residence very quickly even though there was an open home event in the near future. there did not appear to be hidden agenda with all of our negotiations, no "beating about the bush".

Damien was able to get a contract on our house in 5 weeks (which was subject to sale) and then worked hard to sell the purchaser's property so our sale could go through.

After a previous bad experience with dealing with real estate agents I wasn't looking forward to purchasing again. Damien was friendly, polite, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks Damien for changing my mind about real estate agents and making the experience stress free.

Damien was a great help throughout the whole process of purchasing our first home. He would meet us at the property after hours and would happily answer any questions we had. We are both very pleased with the services provided by Damien, and would be happy to recommend him in the future.
