Straight forward sales

Amazingly Supportive Agent
Leesa has been a fantastic agent to have not only to help us sell our property, but to also find our new family home. She stuck with us for many months prior to going to market providing invaluable advice on the market and how we could best secure a contract on a new property. When we finally got a contract accepted on a new property she was able to get our house online and sold within a week at the price we were hoping for. Leesa is an absolute professional in her job and we could not reccomend her highly enough.

Mark as well as Alex are very professional real estate agents.
Mark is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and brings a wealth of sales knowledge which enabled us to get the best possible price for our property. He was very friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills. He kept us informed throughout all the stages of the marketing and sale process. He and Alex make a great real estate team. We were ecstatic to sell our property very quickly and highly recommend Mark and his professionalism.

Great communication, knowledgable, friendly
Leesa was very accomodating, taking time to let me inspect the property (my new family home) and working around my work schedule. The time an effort she put into the sale is commendable. She ensured the presettlement inspection went smoothly and made herself available to answer any questions and concerns along the way.

Leesa has a very bubbly and very confident on a task at hand from the moment we looked at the window at the office we first meet until the settlement day leesa was in contact with us making the sale of our house very easy i will be telling all my family and friend if they are looking to sell there house they should look at Lessa. Fantastic, couldn’t be better
Leesa was fantastic! What more can I say? Brilliant communications, kept us in the loop at all times, extremely positive and sensitive with us. The home was our deceased mum’s. Great! We met Leesa when we had to sell our Mothers home when she passed away. From the first introduction I found Leesa to be very warm and enthusiastic about selling the home. Made selling my home a breeze!
From start to finish, Mark went over & beyond my expectations. The communication was spot on. I knew what was happening & when it was happening with my property the whole time. Even when things weren’t going at the pace I expected (which were probably unrealistic) he came up with different strategies. Marks ‘Market’ knowledge was paramount in the selling. His finger was on the pulse. I would expect that his wealth of experience in customer service & sales is being put to perfect use helping people sell their homes. I highly recommended Mark Brudenell.

Our house sold within 48 hours!!
Leesa was very knowledgeable and was so caring, friendly, bubbly and very easy to deal with. She took pride in her work and nothing was too much for her. Excellent at communicating and an absolute asset to her company. The results speak for themselves. Highly recommend this lovely lady.
