My experiences with Bree have been amazing! I moved my investment property over to her and the service has been exceptional. She is all over everything! She is very prompt in keeping me up to date on everything to do with my property and nothing is an issue for her to sort and organise. She is very professional and you can relax knowing she is taking care of everything for you. Changing tenants can be a stressful time, ensuring you find someone suitable and making sure the property is organised and ready to go and she makes this process happen so smoothly. Bree and the team at Harcourts have been pretty easy to deal with - we faced some interesting challenges in the beginning as we had not rented in many years and coupled with a change state, we worked to try to find a solution that worked for us and the owner. Once it all got sorted out the rental application process and communications have been 1st rate. We love our place and appreciate the team's help to secure it.
