Excellent communicator and considerate!

We cannot thank Natalie and the team enough for the work that went into selling our home by auction. Natalie was always considerate when it came to times to phone or meet, she always had us and our family of two young children in mind. Communication was exceptional, we always knew what was going on and never felt left in the dark. On auction day, Natalie rallied many colleagues to assist which meant we were informed of everything going on throughout and had the opportunity to meet with the auctioneer to build rapport before hand. We are just so grateful that Natalie made what could have been a stressful experience so easy. Thank you a million times over!
