Andrew was very professional, on the ball, always got back to us in a timely manner, very helpful and understanding, very easy to talk to, a genuine person. I'd definitely recommend Andrew to anyone looking to buy or sell a property and I would also use him again.

Sameer came highly recommended by the property managers. He achieved an amazing result in a difficult market of specialised “Dual key” Apartments. We were kept informed of the open house inspections and prospective buyers. He then achieved an amazing result in negotiating a sale price within our expectations. He was a pleasure to deal with and will definitely consider using his expert services again.

Kim was professional and honest and I was thrilled with the results that she achieved. She would contact me regularly during the short time that my house was for sale. I felt like I was always kept up to date with any enquiries that she received. I would not hesitate to recommend Kim Ridings, and myself and my family would all happily use her services again.

Sameer was always extremely courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable on units in this area. He went out of his way to help us - he took measurements and sent photos and was able to organise things as we were remote buyers.

Andrew was extremely helpful from the beginning of our settlement and helped us seal the deal. We had a bitter experience with the previous agent listed to handle the same property hence we were very cautious to approach the new agent (Andrew) in the beginning. From the very start Andrew took extra effort in communicating between the sellers and us. He was genuinely concerned about the sale and wanted the best for both the buyers and the sellers. His guidance and knowledge was extremely valuable and that helped us a long way in understanding the market given we were the first home buyers. Very amiable and easy to approach, Andrew has been wonderful for us throughout the sale process. His way of handling the sale was more of a friend than a salesman which Kalesh and myself really admired. Thanks

Andrew sold us a house which involved a very complicated process to say the least. He could have easily given up and moved on to different buyers. Throughout the process he was always communicating and open about what was going on. Andrew also gave advise on situations which are not part of a seller agents responsibilities. We are very thankful for the work Andrew did to help us get our dream home!

I recently completed my sale of a one bedroom unit in Gabba Central. From the outset Sameer was very knowledgeable about the market for this type of property generally, but also brought valuable insights into the specific property which informed our marketing approach and helped us quickly come to a shared understanding of what to expect. During the pre marketing activity and past launch, Sameer communicated consistently and put in the hard yards with open days, after which we always had quality updates. Sameer takes the time to discuss feedback in detail and provides written plans regarding next steps. Negotiation is a strong point with Sameer and we achieved the result we were looking for, and the job was done fairly quickly in a challenging market. We would not hesitate to work with Sameer in the future !

Andrew recently sold a block of flats at Tarragindi for ourselves. We found Andrew to be competent and ethical. The marketing program ran over a number of months and Andrew's enthusiasm did not wane during this time. We were very impressed with the professional advise he provided and the fact that he keep in regular communication with ourselves. We would highly recommend Andrew.

It was a very easy choice in selecting Andrew to be our Agent. He was a local and had so much knowledge about the area and was also great to deal with on a personal level since we were selling our parents deceased agent and had a few hiccups along the way. He was very patient and empathetic and nothing was too much trouble. He was also very realistic and honest and didn’t over inflate our expectations. I’d recommend Andrew and would also use him again should the need ever arise.

Kim sold my property within 5 weeks in a rather difficult market. She was accurate with her assessment of the market conditions and was forthright in her advice. Advice that I am now very glad I took. All up a very satisfactory result.
