We can not fault the service from Andrew and the team at Ray White Alderley when recently listing a property for sale. When you live 600km away from the property, we needed to have someone we could trust, respect and rely on that we would get the best outcome possible for us. Andrew did exactly this! Andrew managed the minor maintenance that was required to get the property on the market, kept us updated via phone calls during the entire process and worked to ensure we got the best offer. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Andrew Cowan for his guidance with the sale of my mother’s property at West Chermside. My Mum went into care in a very short time frame and Andrew was able to offer advice regarding the best way to present the property. This included some minor painting and having the property styled. I also found his appraisal presentation very thorough and helpful. The styling by The Ginger Stylist certainly gave the property the wow factor. After just one week on the market and multiple offers a Contract was signed with good terms and sale price over and above what was expected. The sale price was also over and above what other Agents we had spoken to had anticipated. Janine was recommended by my daughter in law who is in the property business I was sceptical at first as Janine appeared to be the queen of Alderley house sales not my 21 yo villa in Everton Park. On top of this I was selling during first isolation relaxation of Covid 19. How wrong I was she proved to be efficient,great communicator /negotiator,and just so professional. Janine worked so hard for me with the added work involved with inspections during Covid 19 to ensure everyone's health and safety. I was not the easiest client but Janine kept me calm and constantly in the loop of what was happening. I will never forget her comment when I was having an elderly moment she just said Karen I have your back and she certainly did I would highly recommend Janine to anyone buying or selling.
