The price achieved was very close to what Kim had advised, which had not been inflated like other agents who offered their services. It was a difficult sale due to my personal circumstances, the Christmas period, a flat market and prolonged heat waves! Kim dealt with all of this in a friendly, positive and enthusiastic manner.
