It was a very easy choice in selecting Andrew to be our Agent. He was a local and had so much knowledge about the area and was also great to deal with on a personal level since we were selling our parents deceased agent and had a few hiccups along the way. He was very patient and empathetic and nothing was too much trouble. He was also very realistic and honest and didn’t over inflate our expectations. Me and my partner were in touch with Kim for over 8 months on a block of land which we have now purchased, we had to do a few things before we could purchase ie sell our house and get new loan.
