My good fortune to list with Alan

Finding the right agent to sell your property when there are many like it can be a tough task, so after much research I decided to contact Alan Woo to sell my unit in Kelvin Grove. I made the decision to sell my unit in a down market, and I consider myself lucky that I engaged Alan to sell my property. He devised a clear marketing campaign highlighting who the buyers are that we would target, the strategy to get buyers interested in my property when there were many others available, and what price range would be a realistic expectation. The property ended up being under contract in less that 4 weeks in the price range Alan advised, which is an exceptional result in this market. Alan has many strong points, including excellent market knowledge, devising marketing/selling strategies, and a strong work ethic, but Alan’s communication is what really stood out. He was always available to answer questions and provide feed back, and was always contactable. There was no ‘chasing the agent for an update’ with Alan. He was proactive in ensuring the property (which was tenanted during the sale) was presented for sale, kept the tenants happy, and provided me with updates after every open home and early in the week with buyer feedback. He even drove to my home on a Sunday Night to deliver the contract. I can not recommend Alan highly enough. If you are considering listing your property, your first call should be to Alan.
