I'm a former owner occupier who had to move overseas, then decided to sell my property from abroad. Shenal was able to organise everything very quickly - from the photos, to the listing, to the open house, and the coordination of offers. I found her very courteous and professional to deal with. She has a great knowledge of the Brisbane market, and within a week of starting the process we were able to lock in a compelling offer. She made everything feel very smooth and easy. Gerard has strong knowledge of the residential market. He prepared us for the sale much earlier showing us all the steps to take when we decided to sell our house. He was there every step of the process, photos, styling, doing the open home inspections, building inspections, communicating with us about all the offers, advising us about them and which approach we should take and much more. From the initial market comparative analysis to the two hour long presentation on how to get the maximum price and why use him, to the actual process of sale, Kris was utterly professional, explained everything clearly, listened and responded to our concerns and queries, guided us where needed and firmly encouraged and influenced us when required. He communicated regularly, responded to questions quickly, advised us what to expect, what steps he would take when and then, very importantly, he took those steps. Everything Kris indicated would likely happen transpired, culminating in a record price for the size block in our suburb. In summary, Kris was superbly professional, responsive, guiding and, above all, extremely effective. I thank Kris for his conduct, counsel and, of course, the result. Genuine, caring, exacting, responsive real estate agents are rare...Kris is one of them and I would recommend him irrespective of the type or value of your property. He will deliver!!
