•Andrew is an ‘always closing’ type of agent. He can come across knowledgeable for the novice property buyer, but surely the overselling noise can be overwhelming when you need your thoughts, your notes, and discuss with your partner matters that you don’t want the agent as a third wheel. That’s how it felt at the open home I attended. Perhaps because we were the only party, he felt the need to address the silence we were in fact hoping for. He knows his stuff, but is not hard skills the sell to me, although it might be hypocritical as I bought the place. What I am saying, I would anyways with any agent for the same price. Houldn’t remember nor pronounce the buyer’s name, didn’t follow up on important questions asked, and played ‘thats not me’ when he had to fetch the keys pre-settlement from the letting agency. As a buyer, I was prepared to pay more so thanks to Andrew, and team, i feel like I got a good deal!
Andrew and Sam were always very responsive, available and easy to reach throughout the campaign, and we appreciated the effort they put into ultimately achieving a successful sale result for our property. Both were approachable and proactive with buyer follow-up, and we always felt they were working hard behind the scenes. The main area we would have appreciated more support in was communication clarity throughout the process. At times there was a lot happening across different parties and stages of the campaign, and we occasionally found ourselves needing to follow up for clarification or a clearer understanding of strategy, next steps and settlement-related processes. Overall though, we appreciated their responsiveness, professionalism and persistence in getting the property sold.
