Above my expectations clarity professional precise presentationeasy to understant all processes

Ben caring warm approach was highly empowering experience for my individual needs especially being an 80 y.o. with no family support. Ben with his genuine caring supportive approach & above his professional skills guided me with a NO STRESS process off market even then I was agreeing to On Market as needed to follow through. All complemented with regular communications with my best friend regularly thru phone calls & progresses re all steps procedures & this led to a prompt sale off market! Wow ! complemented the days I had to vacate my home for inspections due to my physical restrictions Ben took some time of his busy schedule to carry my beloved indoor cat to a neighbour place & self to then proceed with his work & out of his own time again he returned to my neighbour home (being at work) to take me home & Gigi in the cat carrier ! I have to say as a retired professional I appreciate Ben ability to connect with clients at a level beyond what one would expect. Ben was always kind Not pushy just a a talented Professional listening to his clients needs with human genuine ability to connect with individual caring respect His achievements to sell my beloved old home in such a continuous support is beyond words. So I can only conclude that I have no hesitation to recommended Ben to anyone who may require a Real Estate seller agent going out of his way to carry my pet to & fro to my home I am deeply grateful for Ben genuine continuous ability to support his clients needs to make a smooth process leading to conclusive successes in a smooth no stress approach.
