A great result within a week

Andrew is very personable and took the time to explain everything and answer all our questions. His experience shows in how he handles the sale process. The list price that Andrew recommended showed us that he not only knows the Spring Hill market very well but is prepared to work hard to achieve a good result, rather than just get an easy sale. We were impressed that he held two open home times on each of the first two Saturdays to really reach as many potential buyers as possible. Even after our apartment went under contract within one week of listing, he still held an open home each Saturday until it went unconditional and as a result was able to obtain a backup offer from another interested buyer. Andrew communicated with us regularly as to when the open home times would be and updated us after each open which kept us well informed of the progress. We would highly recommend Andrew to anyone considering selling their property.
