Buyer of a house

There were a number of unnecessary complications during the process, though these may have been related to the sellers rather than the agent. Despite this, Jared remained approachable and communicated adequately throughout. Compared with other agents I engaged with during my property search, he was not pushy and demonstrated patience and professionalism.

Professional negligence and costly errors

Extremely poor experience with Jared Webb. The campaign was characterised by a total lack of attention to detail and zero due diligence, specifically regarding the complexities of a DHA-leased property. Multiple errors on the contract and Form 6 forced a reduction in the final settlement amount, resulting in a direct financial loss to me as the vendor. Dealing with this level of incompetence was exhausting and expensive. We had to audit the agent's work ourself to mitigate further risk. If you value your time and your equity, look elsewhere.
