Awesome Christine and her Team

I had a rental property in Brisbane, lived in rural NSW and was in Victoria when tenant broke the lease 9 months early. Previous tenant had stayed lease period but had had a negative impact on property, it was an older home and needed proactive maintenance but was still looking good after recent refurb. Had been thinking about ? changing managing agent / ? selling. I already had a relationship with Christine, we had met when she assessed and valued the property when I lived in it. I liked her, for her professionalism, friendly, down to earth, honest, straight talking manner. We kept in contact over the years, she kept me appraised of what was happening in the market in the area. So when tenant bailed my decision to sell was made because I had Christine to do it for me. She did it all, liaised with managing agent, dealt with tenant, organised for any and all running repairs/improvements to be done, organised solicitor, kept me fully informed at all times and sold it for full asking price in a couple of weeks. Plus her costs were a pleasant surprise, very reasonable. The whole experience, with Christine at the helm, was so easy and completed swiftly.
