I commenced looking for a retirement house in the South Coast area in November 2016. I viewed many 'on line', including Harcourts, in the Encounter Bay through to the Milang area, with specific requirements to suit my needs. Kate had been very positive and helpful at several viewings, with alternative suggestions, which eventually led to the purchase of the Clayton Bay property. Since the purchase contract was signed, Kate has facilitated the purchase of some furniture and also gaining access to the cleared rear shed, to enable concreting the floor prior to moving in. We are very happy that we chose Kate to successfully sell my mother's property. Kate was knowledgeable of the Goolwa market and provided considerable assistance through the selling process. It was most appreciated that Kate would take papers to be signed directly to my mother who was in a Goolwa residential care facility. She communicated to me as required, by email, as I do not live in the local area. All went smoothly and the property was sold reasonably quickly for the expected price.
