I was told by Jemma twice lot 4006 was the end block Based on this information I made my offer, after negotiating we agreed on a figure. After the offer was accepted I visted the block and contacted Jemma stated it looks like there is a another peg laying on the ground showing lot 4007. Jemma again said no yours is the end block. The next day I received a call from Jemma apologising saying she made a mistake mine wasnt the end block. Jemma offered block 4007 to me and said she would wave her commision. I was told verbally twice yes yours is the end block. One of my Family members was told yes mine is the end block I have a email from Jemma at Harcourts stating mine is the end block. The responce i got after a week was the original plan shows 4007 is the end block. The agent representing Aspen should have known and not mislead me.
