Initially first up was very helpful and amazing. Down the track there was severe lack of communication with not knowing what actually was asked of you to improve in your looking after the property. Being accused of breaching a lease when it is actually been accepted by the owner in the lease agreement. Better communication in letting people know what needs to improve after each house inspection would be great.

From getting some blinds delivered to your office for our rental property to the great communication we receive and the wonderful tennants you have found us. Although we live in Sydney, our heart is in St Helens and until we can move there ourselves, we are happy that Harcourts are looking after our rental property, our future home, so well.
