Heidi is a professional and courteous agent we would absolutely recommend. Heidi understands the market, particularly Scamander and local surrounding areas. Heidi is super efficient and knowledgeable and was able to sell our home in a short period of time at a great price, making the sale effortless for all involved.

From the moment we found the For Sale sign and picked up the phone and spoke to Heidi, the experience was nothing short of incredible and professional. Her passion, knowledge and dedication to her clients and communication goes above and beyond. I’d recommend Heidi as an agent to anyone looking to sell and/or buy property.

Honestly I’ve dealt with a few real estate agents now as a buyer and have been bitterly disappointed. So I went in a little jaded to speak with Heidi. The experience from first contact to continuing friendship afterwards has been nothing but professional, kind and well well above her job expectation. I couldn’t recommend working with Heidi and the team more highly. I loved my purchasing experience.

My husband and I recently purchased our own little slice of Tasmania, and we were lucky enough to have dealt with Heidi from Harcourts. Living in NSW and looking to purchase in TAS was an overwhelming prospect, but it turned out to be the easiest house purchase we have done so far. Heidi was wonderful, available and at all times extremely helpful. 100% recommend her and will be our first call when purchasing another property in the area.

The whole experience has been easy right from the start and better results than we had ever imagined.

Heidi has sold three properties for me in the current market, in every case exceeding my expectations of price. Heidi has her finger on the pulse of the market at all times, and can tell you what your property is worth today - not last month, or next month, but right now. Her reputation for integrity and fair dealing means she also has buyers choosing to buy through Harcourts, and I was one of them. One of the properties sold by Heidi was also purchased through Heidi and when I buy again it will be Heidi that I contact. Her knowledge of the market is on point, her communication is always prompt, and she is trustworthy. The transaction between buyer and seller needs to be fair for both and Heidi ensures that it is. As both a purchaser and a seller I have always had a 'fair deal' with Heidi and have no reason to look any further for an agent. Heidi is simply the best!

Heidi was able to keep us constantly informed and advise accordingly with any concerns we had about the process of our purchase. Her local knowledge was first class and this was confirmed by other locals we spoke to who have had previous dealings with her. We would not hesitate to recommend Heidi and Harcourts

Heidi was so quick to respond and made the whole transaction seamless. She recommended the conveyancer and got the contract signed within days with both parties being absent from Tasmania. Pleasant, courteous and she knows her market well.

Having dealt with Heidi previously I did not seek other appraisals. Heidi’s knowledge of the market prompted her to ask a price for my property over $150k more than the price I thought possible. This price was achieved and made unconditional within 7 days of listing. A month later the contract was settled without hassle or drama. The excellent and prompt communication was much appreciated and together with a fabulous selling price combined to make this my best real estate experience.

We purchased a house from Heidi in the Stieglitz area. We were only in the area for a short period of time to look at another property. At very short notice we contacted Heidi to organise an inspection of the house. She immediately organised a time that day. After taking us through she was quick to follow up and personally give us a copy of the contract. Heidi was extremely responsive to all our questions, during negotiations with the vendor and throughout the conditional period to make sure everything ran smoothly. Even after the contract went unconditional, she and her team was so helpful to all our requests. They are all so approachable and friendly - nothing was ever too much trouble. I would highly recommend Heidi and her team to vendors and purchasers. Thank you Heidi and Harcourts - we are so happy with our new home!
