Top Agent = Heidi
Selling a property can be one of the most stressful times in life, but with Heidi as our agent this was definitely not the case. Heidi made it her aim to keep us up to date throughout the whole process and was always a pleasure to deal. We found her honest, reliable and she always gave us realistic expectations. We would not hesitate to contact her again when we are next looking to buy or sell property in her area!!

Above and beyond...
We probably chose a poor time to list our property, but Heidi kept interest going through the lockdown and beyond, when we were ready to just let it all rest for a while and re-list later. We couldn't be happier with her experience and advice, which eventually led to a smooth sale at an excellent price.

Heidi kept me informed. She had good photos & drome images on the website
My property sold quite quickly by the second couple viewing the house. Heidi is a very kind helpful person & will let you know very tactfully if you have high expectations. Heidi being a local knows the area very well & found the right people for my property

Super Impressive!!!
Sue and I had the pleasure of dealing with Heidi Howe with our recent land purchase in St Helen's. Heidi was extremely professional and extremely easy to work with. She went above and beyond our expectations. We don't live in the area so Heidi took us on a virtual drive around the township and to the block of land....this tour enabled us to gain a greater understanding of the property location and proximately to town. We would highly recommend Heidi Howe!!!

Best agent in Tasmania
It is hard to describe how fantastic Heidi is. She is professional, reliable, approachable, considerate, enthusiastic and absolutely goes over and above to give you the best result possible. She is a 5 star AAAAA agent. They need to clone her.

Exceptional Service
Buying our property from interstate during the Covid restrictions sight unseen, and from only internet pictures we placed an awful lot of faith and trust in Heidi. Her professionalism throughout the entire process and with nothing being too much trouble we are thrilled with our new home. We cannot recommend Heidi highly enough - thank you Heidi.

Warm and friendly
Heidi was great, always warm and friendly, as she wandered around renovation projects with us before she realised that was not what we needed. We wouldn’t have got our new house without you Heidi, for which we will always be very grateful.
