Honest, and reliable.
Heidi was fantastic, she has great communication skills and was so accommodating to help. She really put in a 100% effort at all times. I would recommend Heidi to sell their home for sure.

A Refreshing Approach
We had been searching St Helens for our new home. Nothing really “grabbed” us. We called a few agents with little success. With Heidi it was different. She asked what were our “must have’s” with some optionals. Heidi was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. She sent through properties that could be a fit.. Viewings were no problem. The property we finally fell in love with was actually Off Market. Heidi had gone above and beyond. Needless to say, we are extremely happy with our new home. We have nothing but the highest of praise and gratitude for Heidi and her friendly, caring and professional approach.

Fantastic!
Heidi was an amazing agent! She helped us find our dream home very fast. We had prevously experienced a bit of judgement for our young age from other companies but Heidi didn't judge at all she took us to see houses straight away! One of those being the beautiful home we now own. I highly recommend Heidi and Hardcourts.

Heidi was helpful, informative, respectful of my tenants, most of all mindful that this was an estate sale and she had to deal with multiple people in different states, which she did with respect and patience. Overall, Heidi sorted all that needed to be done and kept us in the loop with progress updates regularly which made selling our property a breeze. Keeping the buyer happy too. Excellent communication with a fast sale

Very Professional and extremely helpful
Heidi was a fantastic agent and super friendly and helpful. She was there whenever I needed her and was more than happy to go above and beyond to help me with local knowledge etc especially at this time when I am not able to travel there in person because of Covid19. Highly recommend her.
