Heidi exhibited an excellent knowledge of the local market. She kept us up to date with sales, new listings and trends in the immediate area which could potentially affect our sale. She initially provided us with clear information regarding the marketing options, the process and administration process. She was approachable and very professional in all her dealings, therefore building trust that she was communicating honestly with all concerned parties. She ensured that the administration and legal process flowed smoothly and efficiently. Heidi's listening and communication was excellent. She always answered any questions we had, even if she had to research and get back to us. All communication was prompt; she always returned calls within minutes even of an evening and weekend. She always demonstrated patience and empathy, and nothing was a hassle to her. She was always friendly, pleasant and positive in her communications. Throughout the negotiation process she always kept us up to date with progress with potential buyers and any recommendations which may contribute to a successful outcome. Overall, we were very happy with Heidi and the whole process which progressed very smoothly resulting in a very good outcome. We would definitely use her services again recommend her to anyone buying or selling property on the East coast.

The team used every resource at their disposal to showcase our property-we especially loved Heidi’s willingness to embrace all forms of marketing, including her tours of the residence on Facebook and YouTube which really helped grab the attention of prospective buyers.
